-Looking for female tenant only as other 2 tenants are female as well. -Parking is available for additional $70/month -Private room (single occupancy) at 2nd floor -Spacious, clean and bright bedroom with built-in closet, overlooking back yard. -Facilities included furniture (desk, chair, Queen size mattress, bed, bookshelf and extra wardrobe), fridge is shared with 2 tenants, room key provided and password lock for main door, shared bathroom with 2 female tenants, shared kitchen, laundry included (1 load of wash and dry/week). -1 min walk to bus stop, 20 mins bus one route directly to Humber North Campus and Woodbine Mall -9 mins walk to the following amenities: Walmart Super Centre, Goodlife Fitness, Planet Fitness, Starbucks, LCBO, TD and many more (check postal code for more) -Subject to following requirements: Employment/student proof and Government ID, first month and last month rent, $300 damage deposit (to be refunded on the move out day if there is no damage) -No visitor (for safety and comfortable of all tenants and because this is family home and ensure other tenants reasonable enjoyment is not interfered by guests), no party, no smoking and no cannabis in the house/room

This is family house, I am landlord who is working professionally in a hybrid mode. Another 2 female tenants both go to University with part-time works, have been staying for almost a year. We are looking for responsible, mature and respectful female tenant only (either student or working professional)
