I have 1 room available, December 1st move in. My roommate and I, are looking for a friendly girl who is clean and responsible. This master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story townhouse, with a shared bathroom. The house is UNFURNISHED. 5 minutes walking distance to Sherbourne station, ILAC, groceries, pharmacy, wine rack, Tim Hortons, Frescho, NoFrills, etc. The kitchen, living room and washer/ dryer are shared. Hydro is included though water, electricity and internet are NOT included will be split three ways. The lease is for 3 MONTHS beginning December 1st, 2024 to February 28th 2025, with possibility of extension. Please feel free to send a private message if you have any questions. The living room is shared with our own furniture so we all need to chip in for furniture and make it girly and aesthetic! Please only apply if you’re clean and tidy and love cats as I have an adorable friendly loving kitten! I travel a lot so I need someone who is willing to look after my cat while I’m away! Comes with access to a gym, game room, study room and bbq rooftop with sun beds.
