About the room
Currently Renting out one of my available private rooms. Available June 15thst - August 15th, unless you need different dates I am very flexible. I am also willing to do month to month, depending on circumstances. Price includes: Heat, Electricity, Wifi and Laundry. Shared kitchen, living room and dining room. Bathroom is a 1.5 bathroom, it separates the toilet and shower from the sink. Location: 5min drive to Walmart, 5min drive to Deerfoot Hwy and Deerfoot City. There is also a near by bus stop around the corner from this unit
About the roomies
I am a 23 year old homeowner that is at work most of the day. You will rarely see me but I am super clean, friendly and very outgoing on my free time. I love going to the gym when I have free time and also love trying new food.
