1 room in my 2bedroom apartment on a monthly basis. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. 5 minute walk to Don Mills Station, across from Fairview mall and 15 minute walk to Seneca College. Laundry on first floor. Hydro and Wifi are included. Room also has a mattress. I like to keep the communal areas as clean as possible and noise at a reasonable level between 7am and 11pm.

I’m 34, working professional, Latin Canadian, single-parent. My 5 yr-old son stays with me Fri-Sun twice a month. I work from the office 3 days a week and 2 days at home. I am typically in my room when I’m not working or at the gym. I stay to myself and don’t typically host guests. I like to cook my food and clean up pots and pans after myself.
