Three bedroom student house shared with two male students, located in Parkdale, just south of the Foothills Hospital, approximately a seven minute drive from the University of Calgary. The room is 13.5x11.5 feet with natural light from west facing windows, with a large closet, furnished with a nightstand, a desk & chair, a tv, a lamp, and a mattress. There is one bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and laundry. The house also has a large backyard with a firepit and a deck. There is one cat living here currently, no dogs allowed. Price is $950 including utilities and wifi.

I am a 20 year old third year business student at the University of Calgary. In my spare time I enjoy reading, photography, hiking and really anything outdoors. The other roommate is a third year engineering student also at the university of Calgary, so he is generally pretty occupied with his studies.
