Ruth's room

I have one room available in my lovely three bedroom house, located in an up and coming area close to the Western Fair Market. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a large backyard. Parking is not available, however, you have great access to public transit and all necessary amenities are close by, including grocery, hardware and drug stores. The house is quiet after ten (it’s not a party house ) and is not a high-traffic home (we tend to socialise outside it for the most part). So, if you are into your studies and need a quiet place in an easily accessible and fairly central area, this would be perfect for you. I have an old and very friendly cat, so no additional pets, please. The room is a decent size and can come furnished or not depending on what you prefer. I am a very busy person and mostly keep to myself. I currently have one male roommate who is quiet and busy person, looking to rent other room for four months while may 1- end of august.
