It is a great location near Yonge and Eglinton with parking available, and is easily accessible to transit with 4 buses that pass within steps to the building. Davisville, Glencairn, Eglinton, Eglinton W, Bathurst and St Clair West stations are all within a 10-15 minute bus ride.

The bedroom would be unfurnished and fits a king sized bed and the room itself is quite spacious and bright with a large closet that has built in shelves.

The building is a charming 7 stories with on-site laundry facilities and an elevator.
