I have one bedroom available (unfurnished) in a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment. It’s ideal for a mature student or working professional who is pet-free, clean and responsible (female only). Unfortunately the apartment is too small to accommodate a couple.

It’s a cute space and the location can’t be beat! The building is right along the river, and halfway between U of Guelph and the downtown core. Coffee chops are within walking distance!
