Nice townhouse within walking distance of downtown. Nice sized room with closet. Shared bathroom. Laundry and kitchen are fully accessible. Parking spot available. Access to a large shared yard. Bus stop right out front.

I have a 5 year old son. He will be here some nights during the week and alternating weekends. I do not smoke and only drink occasionally. I work full time and do various sports and other social activities so I’m not around all the time. Easy going, like to keep things fairly clean.
