One furnished bedrooms available, in a beautiful downtown Hamilton Victorian.

Bikes are available for free when you stay with us. Check the pics. Hamilton is a great city for biking.

What’s included? Each room is fully furnished, with a desk and chair, TV, bed and new linens, high speed internet, all utilities, including air conditioning, parking, laundry onsite, outdoor space with patio furniture and BBQ. One bike, helmet and bike lock

The house is located in central Hamilton, just a ten-minute bike from Hamilton’s water front, 15 minutes walk to downtown, 5 min bike ride to the escarpment, where there are lots of biking/hiking trails to explore. It is also only a simple 20-min bus ride or bike ride to McMaster University.

Like the bedrooms, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, and dishes available for everyone to use. We also have cleaners come in weekly to clean the common areas and washrooms.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for 2 professionals, must be working or studying full time. The minimum lease time is 12-months, both men and women are welcome.

Currently there are 4 professionals, one working in Manufacturing and the other 2 in Healthcare and one teaches french. They are all relaxed and easy going.
