What’s included? The room is fully furnished, with a desk, chair, TV, bed and new linens, high speed internet, all utilities, including air conditioning, parking, laundry onsite, outdoor space with patio furniture and BBQ.

Like the bedroom, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, and dishes available for everyone to use. We also have cleaners come in once weekly to clean the common areas and washrooms.

Two minute walk to bus stop with frequent service.

Bikes are available for free when you stay with us. One bike, helmet and bike lock is included. Hamilton is a great city for biking.

The house is located in central Hamilton, just a ten-minute bike ride from Hamilton’s waterfront, 15 minutes walk to downtown, 5 min bike ride to the escarpment, where there are lots of biking/hiking trails to explore. The closest bus stop is a 2 min walk. It is also only a simple 20-min bus ride or bike ride to McMaster University.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for 1 young professional (Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, Etc). Must be working or studying full time. The minimum lease time is 12-months, both men and women are welcome.
