The room is a large comfortable bedroom on the 2nd floor. It has lots of light and space. Large window and private bathroom for a comfortable, and private stay. This room comes with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, study desk, dresser desk, and lots of storage space. It is 2 floor house with full-size kitchen, large dining room and living room. Beautifully decorated house for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The place is 8 minutes direct bus ride from New West Skytrain Station. The bus comes frequently every 15 minutes.
The place is 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, lots of restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West Library, gym and much more! Everything you need within walking distance.
We are close to Douglas College, SFU, and JIBC, BCIT
About the roomies
Currently, there are 2 females living here so we prefer female roommate. Everyone is either working full-time or studying full-time. Looking for someone friendly, open to communication, responsible, clean, and organized.
