Felipe's room

The room is furnished with a bed (the desk in picture won’t be there). A long opening window and a generous closet.

Located in Westgate, a very convenient neighborhood 10 minutes to downtown, two stops away on the LRT (station is walking distance from the house). Groceries are a couple blocks away. It’s a comfortable area, neighbors are respectful and quiet. Street parking by the house.

The rest of the space is for us to share, it is a rental but I make it as clean and inviting as if it were my own home.

Hey how’s it going? I work a regular 9-4 schedule most days, always down for adventure but at home I’m alright keeping to myself, though open to a weekend beer, game, or existential chat 🌌

I care about this place a lot, its a pretty rad pad and I think you’ll find that too. Above all looking for a clean, responsible roommate, and then ideally someone who fits the tempo 🤙
