About the room
The room is part of a large 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor of a house on a lovely, tree-lined street. The area (the GLEBE) is considered to be a safe quiet neighbourhood. It is like a village that has been dropped into a city.
It is a very short walk to buses, groceries, restaurants, the canal, universities and Lansdowne.
The apartment is very private with its own entrance and large terrace. It is nicely furnished with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher.
The rent includes: WIFI, cable TV, Internet, heat, hydro, water and cleaning services (approx. 2x a month).
