About the room
The room is big, bright and has a large north facing window. You will have your own full bathroom as well as use of the kitchen and living room (almost exclusively). The suite is 1000 sq feet. Laundry is located in the suite. There is a large deck with a barbeque and backyard as well. My triplex is located in Ramsay on Scotsman Hill and I have owned it for 23 years. We are on a bus route and within walking distance of Inglewood, downtown, and the C-train. I am allergic to animals, so No Pets is non-negotiable.
About the roomies
I am a professional who works downtown. I am easy going but want to share my home with someone quiet, clean and tidy. I love to cook, read, and ski. I have tenants on the lower floor of my home who have been there for 5 years and my senior mother lives beside me in her own suite.
