Monthly rent is $1275 (includes internet, and power)

The room is unfurnished and the living room is mostly unfurnished so there is room for your stuff. I can also furnish the rooms before you move in.

Below the building is a thriftys, Starbucks, many restaurants and amenities in the area. It’s a 2 minute walk to Dallas road and a 5 min walk downtown.

No other animals as my cat likes to be an only child.

Outside of work I’m a gamer so I tend to spend most of my free time chilling in my room and don’t make much use of the rest of the apartment. If you love to cook and use the living room it’s all yours.

Im an easy going 34 year old male living with my 7 year old cat. I’m quite introverted and keep to myself. I like to play video games in my free time so im mainly in my room with my cat.

I work 9-5 Friday-Tuesday.

I’m deaf in one ear so noise doesn’t bother me. I can sleep through most anything.

I will respect your privacy and personal space and I expect the same. I don’t mind the occasional guest or party as long as it’s not 7 days a week.
