I’m planning on gutting my basement, including the 1 bdrm apartment but probably wont get to it for 6+ months. A friend had previously rented it for 6 years. So looking to rent in that range. The suite is 6’6 with a 5’10 spot in hallway to bedroom, fully self contained. I can help w furnishing if you need. It has it’s own side entrance, laundry etc. Central location, 20m to walk downtown, 2 blocks from the Goose.

I’m the property owner and I live in the main floor( attached loft) along with a renter(from Roomies) who is renting the Master.
