Lakefront View in Port Credit harbour. I am offering shared accommodation, renting a fully furnished room in my two bedroom apartment, overlooking the lake for $1200 a mth. The rent includes internet, Netflix, Prime, cable TV. I have two cats that are friendly and keep to themselves. I am offering a shared kitchen and bathroom, and living/dining rm., There’s laundry facilities in the building, as well as, a swimming pool, sauna, squash court and exercise room. Parking is at an extra charge per month. However, it is a very safe area and previous tenants have parked on the street without any problems. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street and the port credit go station is about 15 minutes walk. I work at a local college. Available June 1, 2025. First and last months rent, credit check or letter from employer, and 2 references required. I will consider renting to two people the rent would be $1400 for two people.
