Pets not allowed due to family member’s allergies.

Spacious private room is furnished (Desk with chair & lamp, bed with pillows and pillow cases, linens and blankets, and also a towel) in a non-smoking home located in Cook Street Village. You have access to furnished kitchen, dining area, bathroom, washer/dryer and living room.

Electricity, water and internet included.

LOCATION: Cook Street Village is a vibrant friendly community with grocery stores, pharmacy, dentist, various stores, local artisans, food court and coffee shops. Walking distance to the beach and to downtown.

3-5 minute walk to bus stops (3 & 7) which goes to Camosun, University of Victoria, Interurban, Downtown.

There’s another private room rented by a female student. She is very friendly, clean and polite.

ABOUT OUR FAMILY: We are a family with young kids. We live on the upper floor. We are looking for a person who will be a good fit to our family values and will be able to get along with the other student in the lower floor. We will respect your privacy however since we will live in the same house, if you want to be a stranger then this will likely not be a good fit.

RESTRICTIONS: -no smoking, no vaping, no drugs of any kind -no overnight guest, no partying, no loud noise
