Hi, I am offering your a gorgeous, cosy bedroom in a spacious apartment with an awesome location. It is only 10 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Walmart by bus, which stops right infront of the unit. Besides, there are plenty of small shops, restaurants or bakeries nearby.

The place is shared with me. I am quite, tidy and reasonably communicative)

The rent includes: cosy bedroom with a window and queen-sized bed ( but the closed is placed in the living room ). Living room with TV and big Sofa for a shared use. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, fridge and stove respectively. Renovated spacious bathroom is also available. The suit comes fully furnished and rent includes all utilities, such as: internet, heat, water, hydro. Laundry is placed inside the house for personal 24-hours use.

As I have noted, I am tidy and undoubtedly friendly) I am pretty sure we will get on well if these qualities are what you are looking for.
