Super close to Guildford Shopping Center (15 min walk) with all the retails, grocery, banking services, and restaurants. You will have your own 1 private unfurnished room with shared bathroom with me. I work from home and I’m an account executive so you can expect a considerate, respectful housemate who can also hang sometimes!

Laundry once a week. Our laundry guy picks up and drop off your laundry at your convenience. If you need more frequent laundry, you can always have that arranged! Laundry cost is separate from rent.
