The basement is a full personal training gym as I work from home, you have access when I am not with clients. The home is a four-plex, bungalow style, open kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch, and a back-enclosed patio with barbeque. A fully furnished house is so perfect for someone starting over or traveling or an out-of-town student.

I am in my 60s divorced single female professional personal trainer. I have a full personal training gym in the basement and work from home, the clients do not use any common spaces. I have two young cats very friendly so no new pets, please. I am looking for a single female professional/student to share my home so that I can save some funds for retirement.
