I have my second bedroom for rental. I have a lovely quiet, 2 bedroom apartment very comfortably furnished with new bed, mattress, sheets, towels. I am in mid-town Toronto, bus stop in front and subway close (soon to open LRT crosstown) , east to Yonge subway and west to Allen subway. My local area has restaurants, drug stores, dollar store, post office, health food store, etc. I am semi-retired, work part-time, travel a bit, play tennis and yoga. I would consider myself very easy-going, very respectful of my roommate. I do have a CAT so anyone considering rental would of course need to like cats !! AND would be OK to cat sit if I go away for vacation, possibly a couple times a year. You would have the place all to yourself ! Check out my listing and photos.
