Very clean newly renovated fully furnished studio on private property with a private entrance. The studio is part of the main house but has its separate entrance at the garden level. It is a charming green space property with a large deck to at the back of the house. About the area Cote Saint Luc is in center-west of Montreal. It is a safe and quiet residential neighborhood with direct Transport -3 minutes walk bus ride to downtown 66 to Guy/concordia. Other transport 51 to university of Montreal 420 to McGill Metro line: Villa Maria. Lots of parks, library, shopping and amenities with 2 main shopping malls nearby. Many international students have stayed in this home in the main house. Now there is a separate accommodation with own entrance.

I am a professional working and out of the house mostly. My schedule is very busy so I am looking for quiet, clean and responsible roomies. I enjoy having social time when it works for everybody. I have lived on 3 continents and enjoy having people where we can create a positive experience together.
