  This is a rancher, so this means there is no noise from above, no one lived above…no crying loud kids running around…no big dogs galloping above…no loud music or couples arguing above….NO annoying squeaky floorboards above…. Located in the University Heights area. All rooms are private with locks. You have access to kitchen, full washroom, large family room, and a nice quiet backyard . * a soccer foosball table…free hydro - heat and hot water…furnished rooms/. * Free WIFI * Free onsite storage inside for a bicycle * Free onsite parking, or street parking right out front of home. Very close to transit, maybe a big hop and a large skip from my front door…Close to Tuscany Village, Very quiet area. Looking for decent people > must be adults ! Preferably between 25 and up range..NO home based business, no self employed.. Wish to create a most comfortable and relaxed atmosphere amongst roomies…with mutual tryst and respect for other’s privacy and personal space and personal belongings. A sense of humor goes along way. Sharing food recipes from around the globe would be nice, great conversation…Of course we all need our space and alone time which will be honored and respected…NO overnight guests for obvious reasons, but some exceptions can be discussed.. This is not a college dorm or an animal house gong show. No aggressive behavior or profanity and selfishness is tolerated. Adults a must. I am very easy to talk to..
