Located near the Boardwalk as well as UofW and Laurier Universities (about a 10 minute bus ride to both). Grocery stores are nearby - Zehrs is a 10 minute walk, food basics a short bus ride away as well. Area has lots of families and everyone is friendly. Rent is $800 electricity, heat and hydro will bring it to $850 per month Room is available the beginning of October or sooner We are asking for first and last month’s rent no exceptions

My roommate and I are looking for someone that can rent short term. Together we have a dog, a cat and a bunny, so additional animals will have to be discussed We are laid back, we are into art and media design. We love to hang out and watch movies, play video games and when the weather is nice we like to hang out outside to soak up the sun. We are 25 this year so we are looking for someone in their 20s and who is currently working ( must provide an ROE)
