We have 4-bedrooms on the main floor of a country house in a quiet rural neighbourhood just 10 min away from University of Guelph and downtown, Quick access to major transportation arteries like 401 and Hanlon Parkway. Laundry room with new washing machine and dryer inside the house, a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils and living room with 65“ smart T.V with Netflix, Amazon Prime are available. One parking space per room. One Master bedroom is furnished with a private bathroom. There is a shared full bathroom and a half washroom for the other rooms. Master bedroom is $1000 for one person, shared Max 2 person is $1200 (600 per person). The other rooms are $850. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. We were looking for quiet professionals or graduate students. Available immediately.

You will share the house with adult professionals. Most of the time, they will be out for work. They are quiet and friendly.
