Room for rent in a condo with balcony located in quarry park. Super close to the bow if you are active or like being outside. Rent is 1100 with wifi and electricity. The room itself has a dresser drawer and mattress, nothing else.

I’m a 25 yo student at u of c. I’m looking for a female roommate close to my age, either a student or working professional. I run, and spend a lot of time with my dog when I’m not in school. Clean and and looking for a roommate who also likes a clean space.
