The bedroom to be rented has its own private bathroom with bathtub/shower and a spacious walk-in closet. 2 bathrooms listed as there are 3 bathrooms total in the condo. You get your own bathroom plus 1 accessible on the main floor. Shared Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry, and Basement which is very spacious with light exercise equipment. Very clean and spacious. Items in room will be emptied obviously before move-in, furniture will still be left in the room to be used by person renting the room if needed. Located couple minutes walk to Bus Stop Route 677 that goes to the Winnipeg Outlet Mall (less than 5mins away) which from there the 74 goes to U of M or Polo Park. if needed. Map seems a bit off, just at the edge of the quiet friendly area Linden Woods. Rent will include utilities, WIFI, cable. Willing to share food and ingredients if needed with no extra charge.
