BRAND NEW, beautiful, clean & fully furnished laneway house with a spare room for rent! 1 x room, in a 3 bedroom home. Bathroom: 1 shared bathroom upstairs, by your bedroom, and 1 communal washroom downstairs. Washer and Dryer included. Entertainment: we have most of the streaming services on the TV downstairs. WiFi: Wifi 6, depending on your device, download speeds are upwards of 250 Mbps, upload 60 Mbps and above.

Option 1. $450 to purchase the double bed frame with drawers, & foam mattress, table, & chair. Rent is $1200. Rent is paid monthly. Bills are not included. Deposit: $600. Move date: 1st June 2024.

Option 2. Unfurnished. $1200, bills are not included. Rent is paid monthly. Deposit: $600. Move date: 1st June 2024.

Proof of employment is required/open to discussing your circumstances - we just want to know that you can make rent and bills.

Length of lease: Jun 1st 2024 - Nov 1st 2024. Should you decide to leave the residence before the end. of the lease, we require 2 months’ notice to start the rental search.

We’re both clean, respectful, kind, considerate, friendly, financially organised and stable working professionals. We are looking for like-minded people. Both of us are actors; one also works in mental health (30s he/him gay/queer) and the other in hospitality (20s he/him straight).

We value trust and communication and want to find a third who is interested in sharing the house and values all of the above. We like to be social, but also understand and respect when one needs space. We will be splitting household items equally. We want to create a space where we all feel safe, welcome, relaxed, and we’re like family.

We will be working from home occasionally and require someone who is respectful of that. We’re not partiers or heavy drinkers but don’t mind the occasional party here or there.
