It is a Southwestern, two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo on the 18th floor. No A/C, but there is heater. You will have one south-exposure furnished bedroom and your own washroom ( not ensuite), sharing Kitchen and Living room with a university male student. No Pet, No Smoking, No Alcohol, No Party, Needs to be QUIET and Neat habits. Laundry/Dryer cannot be used, but there is a public Laundry and a dryer on the P1 floor, cost about 2.5 each.
