Large, furnished private 2nd floor room with closet, high ceilings, afternoon sunlight through window, looking onto backyard deck. Shared bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, basement rec area. Across from Girouard Park in NDG, close to stores, transit, restaurants, etc.

I am 50+ female owner of the house and working professional, looking to rent an extra bedroom. My husband is only here a few times a month and brings our large dog with him, so we can’t accept another cat or dog. Another male rents one of our other rooms. Quiet is required during weekdays because he works nights. We share our home quite easily because of a mutual respect that includes keeping the common areas clean, but also because we like each other and enjoy laughter, conversation and good food.
