I have a private bedrooms will be available for January 1rst.

There’s a total of three rooms in the apartment. The rent is 584$ for one room plus hydro (Price varies depending on consumption) and high speed internet (27$ a month per person). The apartment is located in the Sainte-Marie neighborhood in between the Gay Village and Hochelaga. It’s at about a 5 mins walking distance from the Frontenac metro station (green line). The appatment is smoke free and pet friendly.
