The new renovated house is in Thorncliffe area. 10 mins drive or 30 mins bus to Sait and UofC. 7 mins walk to centre street and 20 mins bus to downtown. There are many bus routes around including 3, 300, 301, 4, 5, 64…

Price includes wifi, and utilities. Deposit is 1 month rent. Available Feb 1

Laundry is once per week. No pet, no smoking, no drinking, no party and no overnight guests.

There is no stove. Only a wet bar in the basement. There is an induction cooktop for making small meals. Therefore, I am looking for someone who doesn’t cook too often, doesn’t cook strong smell food, is quiet and tidy.

There are currently 2 guys living in the basement.

Sharing cleaning works with others to maintain the place nice and neat is the requirement and keep the house quiet after 11:30pm.

We are all students and young professionals living upstairs. We are Vietnamese. We are looking for a tenant that have similar culture
