About the room
This is a brand new building which was build at the end of 2021. It is right next to Joyce Station, 15 min to Downtown. Close to Central Park. We have access to the 30th floor with gym, music room, study rooms, garden roof, lounge and recreation room.
About the roomies
My husband, our two daughters (2,5 years+1 year ) and one female roommate are looking for a new roommate female/male to join us. You would have to share the bathroom with one person but have two sinks. We are respectful, friendly, open-minded and very clean. We help each other out if needed!
