Dale's room

Century plus stone home close to downtown Guelph and walking distance to the University. The portion for rent is spacious, fully furnished, and includes bedroom, separate sitting room with a door to the back garden, bathroom with shower, and hallway/office. The space is most suitable for someone without their own furniture and household goods. There is a bar fridge and room for a kettle or toaster, but real cooking would take place in the shared kitchen. Rent includes one outdoor parking spot, heat, hydro, and internet. There is no smoking or vaping in the house or on the property.

The house is home to me, a retired University professor. I have one shy and very fluffy indoor cat named Fluffy. I am looking for a responsible person who is “house-proud” and would be able to look after the cat and house if I am away, and would be interesting company when our paths cross as we go about our lives.
