Hello! I have a modern 3 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse in Killarney area (8-10 minute drive to downtown) and am looking for 1 female roommate. Please note the postal code and street shown are not accurate for some reason.

The bedroom available is upstairs with a full master bathroom. There is also a bonus room downstairs (with a wet bar) and one room downstairs is already rented out. The place is already furnished, so I am only looking for someone who does not have any furniture to move in.

Street parking is available. The rental is $1200/month total plus tenant insurance is required, as per the condo board. More photos available upon request :)

A bit about me; I am a young professional working for Alberta Health Services and fairly new to Calgary. I am very clean, easy going, respectful and kind. I am a very social person but also like my own time. I lead a healthy lifestyle.

I’m looking for someone in their mid 20s to mid 30s age range with similar qualities. I’m not looking to rent to couples or children. I’m looking for a roommate who does not smoke or have pets but wants a clean, safe and comfortable place to live.
