Room for rent in a House in Old St Vital available Rent plus utilities = $700/ month This includes rent, parking, hydro, water, WIFI, cable, Netflix, 65” TV in living room and all kitchen amenities (air fryer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, BBQ). Laundry is in the basement to use- machines are brand new as of a few months ago.

Front yard and back yard has a garden. Deck, gazebo and fire pit in the back yard, new fencing done. Kitchen and bathroom all redone as well. New flooring. There is a friendly dog and cat that live here as well so you must be pet friendly.

Close to Osborne village, universities, grocery stores etc. bus routes close by.

Room upstairs available or The other room available is on the main floor.

No smoking, no partying, prefer someone quiet and works full time or studies.

Available July 1st with half down for a security deposit. Month to month preferred
