1 room available in shared townhouse - 2 Bedroom, 3 level. Parking, heat, hydro and wifi. Looking for a female roommate. Keep in mind, you would have the place to yourself most of the time. Basement has laundry, and plenty of storing space. Main floor is the living room, kitchen and main entrance. Upstairs has the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I have furniture throughout the entire house, including the extra room but can have that removed/stored if you have your own furniture.

I have 1 female dog and 1 male cat who love to snuggle but currently staying at my partners. Im a clean, quiet, young professional with no kids and would prefer a roommate with no children as it would be harder to accommodate. Im not home much during the day throughout the week, so you would have the place pretty much to yourself. I’ve been living here going on 5 years, therefor I need someone who is clean, reliable and trustworthy.
