Room available in Verdun. I’m looking for someone calm, who appreciates a clean home environment. You’ll have your own room and bathroom in quiet neighborhood of Verdun.

The property is located close to a Pharmaprix, library, IGA, gym and park next to the water. Metro Verdun is accessible by 15 mins walk or by bus that passes right on the corner of the street. De l’Eglise metro is also close by. Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.

Hydro, internet and all bills are included in the rent.

I would like to keep the unit quiet and peaceful during the week. I would love to find someone who is on a similar schedule to me so that week nights are calm but there’s the possibility to hang out on certain weekends.
