I’m looking for a roommate for November 1st or possibly earlier. Hopefully someone chilled who appreciates a clean home environment. You’ll have your own room and bathroom in quiet neighbourhood of Verdun.

The property is located in close proximity to Pharmaprix, a library, IGA, gym and nice park. Metro Verdun is accessible by 12 mins walk or by bus that passes right on the corner of the street. De l’Eglise metro is also close by. Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.

Hydro, internet and all bills are included in the rent.

I work a full time in accounting, I like music especially house music and sometimes do dj gigs. Also a soccer fan.

I would like to keep the unit quiet and peaceful. I am clean and organized. I also like being social and would love to live with people who are on a similar schedule to me so that week nights are calm but there’s the possibility to hang out on the weekend.
