Hey Folks,

I have recently purchased this 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom detached home with triple garage. I’m looking for one more roommates to share the space with. There is 1 upstairs room with a bathroom right outside the hall that would be used by one other clean individual. The room for rent is empty, but the photos are from the listing and have items in them in the photos due to that. Each room has closet with a custom sorter built in.

The only utilities that I would look to split is internet. I generally have a higher speed internet for the work that I do, but we could agree on the speed that you need and then look to split that price! We’ve been doing $30 each.
