The bedroom is furnished with a plush and comfortable bed, with all new bedding, desk, and office chair. Renter parking is on a large concrete pad off the driveway. The home is owner occupied. There is one full bathroom upstairs shared between the two rental bedrooms. The half bathroom on the main floor is shared with everybody in the house. There is super fast WiFi. Two HDTVs on the main floor with streaming services. This home has heating and air conditioning from a high efficiency heat pump, so your room will be a comfortable temperature year round.
About the roomies
As this is one of two bedrooms for rent in this home, there will be myself and another roommate sharing the home with you.
I am pretty relaxed and easy going. I like to have conversations and watch sports. I work full time, as a mobile technician, including some days working remotely at home. I enjoy outdoor activities, and relaxing at home.
