A half bathroom on the main floor is shared with everybody in the house. Fast WiFi. Two HDTVs on the main floor with several streaming services. Heating and air conditioning from a heat pump, so your room will be a comfortable temperature year round.

As this is one of two bedrooms for rent in this home, there will be myself and another tenant sharing the home with you.
I am relaxed and easy going and like the home to have a similar atmosphere. I work as a commercial refrigeration technician. I enjoy outdoor activities, and relaxing at home.
