The room is available for one person (no couples). This large home is currently shared with both male and female housemates.

Features: Large closet and two east-facing windows with a view of mature trees.

Shared Spaces: Large living rooms, kitchens, sauna, gym & backyard.

Shared Washrooms: 4 washrooms: 3 with showers, 1 with a bathtub.

$950/month (includes utilities + unlimited wireless Internet [3Gigabit])

Availability: February 1st to 27th & Parking is available upon request.
