Furnished (but unfurnished also possible) room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Guelph.

This is a large bright apartment with natural light. The rent is $950 a month plus hydro and internet. It is available from February 1.

I am quiet and I work mostly evenings and weekends. I don’t have a dog, but dogs are okay (this is a dog-friendly building located on a large park along the river downtown).
