They are easygoing, quiet and respectful. Shared kitchen, laundry, outdoor deck, living room and lower level common area. Private bathroom. Close to endless hiking and biking trails and amazing canyon vistas. Less than 10 minutes to the H2O Centre, 10 minute drive to Okanagan College and 15 minute drive to Orchard Park Mall. Sorry, no pets. One year lease term. Looking for someone that fits well with the others in the home in the same age range and either working/student. $725.00/month plus 1/4 utilities (approx $125 month which includes unlimited internet)
