The current pictures are from when I purchased the home. Will update when possible. Quiet, well kept, clean home. Renovations upcoming as time and finances permit. Non-smoking. Shared kitchen / living room. Private but could be shared bathroom. Semi- private yard and deck.
About the roomies
Only myself and my 10-year-old super friendly rescue Pitbull will be living here for now. I work long, erratic hours and puppy normally comes to work with me. My time outside work is normally spent studying, working on health and wellness, & playing with pooch. Hoping to find someone that will share the responsibilities of keeping the place clean and making it an enjoyable place to live. For the right individual, I am willing to negotiate on price.
