You will have your own washroom and sharing all the common area such kitchen, living room and balcony. You can use all my appliances in the common area as long as you commit to keep it knit and clean after using. The rent include all utilities and internet. Our condo has gym, sauna, spring pool, game room and movie theater, and ton of amenities u could enjoy.
