Hi I’m Nicole! I’m searching for an easy going, respectful roommate. I have a spacious 2 bedroom to share which includes a full kitchen and living room area. The apartment is close to grocery stores, 2 km from the University of Waterloo, around the corner from Crunch gym, and 5 minutes from Conestoga Mall. It does have a nice balcony and is located near main bus/train routes. It is a quiet area.

You must be dog friendly, I have an 11 year old shih tzu yorkie named Marco who is my absolute world. He loves people. He is a very well trained, affectionate dog that still acts like a puppy. I love my alone time, I’m very introverted at heart but I wouldn’t mind spending time having a coffee together. I’m looking for a clean roommate who respects our space. I’m 27 years old, I love listening to music and being near the water, and I have worked in health care for five years. Let me know if it sounds like we’d get along or if you have any questions! :) I spent a lot of time decorating this apartment to make everyone that comes over feel comfortable.
