It does have a nice balcony and is located near main bus/train routes. It is a quiet area.

Hi I’m Nicole! I’m searching for a respectful roommate that cleans up after themselves. You must be dog friendly, I have an 11 year old shih tzu yorkie named Marco who is my absolute world. He is a very well trained, affectionate dog that still acts like a puppy. I love my alone time, I’m very introverted at heart but I wouldn’t mind spending time having a coffee together. I’m looking for someone that respects our space. I’m 27 years old, I love listening to music and being near the water, and I have worked in health care for five years.
