Looking for a responsible, mature female roommate for long term stay but will definitely consider student term accommodations. Hoping for someone to move in ASAP. I have a spacious 2 bedroom to share which includes a full kitchen and living room area. The apartment is close to grocery stores, 2 km from the University of Waterloo, around the corner from Crunch gym, and 5 minutes from Conestoga Mall. It does have a nice balcony and is located near main bus/train routes.

You must be dog friendly, I have an 11 year old shih tzu yorkie named Marco who is my absolute world. He loves people, he is a very well trained, affectionate dog that still acts like a puppy. I love my alone time, I’m very introverted at heart but I wouldn’t mind watching tv together/having a coffee. I’m looking for a clean roomate who respects our space. I’m 26 years old, looking for someone around the same age. Let me know if it sounds like we’d get along or if you have any questions! :)
