Looking for a responsible, mature female roommate for long term stay but will definitely consider student term accommodations. Hoping for someone to move in ASAP. I have a spacious 2 bedroom to share which includes a full kitchen and living room area. The apartment is close to grocery stores, 2 km from the University of Waterloo, around the corner from Crunch gym, and 5 minutes from Conestoga Mall. It does have a nice balcony and is located near main bus/train routes.

You must be pet especially dog friendly, I have an almost 11 year old shih tzu yorkie named Marco who is my absolute world. He loves people, he is a very well trained, affectionate dog that still acts like a puppy. I love my alone time, I’m very introverted at heart but I wouldn’t mind watching tv together/having a coffee. I’m looking for a clean roomate who respects our space :). I’m 26 years old, looking for someone around the same age. Let me know if it sounds like we’d get along!
