The rent already includes electricity, heat, internet and water.The unit has no laundry but next to the unit there is a laundry service which is $3 for washing and $2 for drying.The place is just a minute walk to the bus stops, grocery stores, bank, Halifax common, Hospital , KFC, Mcdonald and some restaurants. No need for contract but must inform 1 month ahead if plans to move out. Must be responsible in keeping the place clean and discard garbage according to the assigned schedule.. Sorry no pets and smoking allowed inside the unit. No car park available.Thank you.
