The rent already includes electricity, heat, internet and water.The place is just a minute walk to the bus stops, grocery stores, bank, Halifax common, Hospital , KFC, Mcdonald and some restaurants. No need for contract but must inform 1 month ahead if plans to move out. Must be responsible in keeping the place clean and discarding own garbage. Sorry no pets and smoking allowed. Thank you.
