Twin ikea bed.under bed drawers, Desk/table, wardrobe. Space shared with another roommate downstairs (quiet male, works nights- rarely see him)- and quiet couple upstairs- share laundry downstairs. Ideal for quiet student or working person. Downstairs entrance - Safe and secure house in a historic neighborhood, very walkable. Near bike trails, 3 blocks from the harbour and 2 from the gorge waterway, 5 blocks to Saveon, 1 block to the very local Spiral cafe and Frye’s bakery, and tennis, takeout, and near medical services. .We have a dog (stays upstairs however) No oven however there is an air fryer, hot plate for cooking, fridge, micro, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, dishes.

Furnished only. Gardening is an option! Vic West is a very cute and quiet, safe , historic neighbourhood. No pets. No smoking/vaping. No couples.

Living upstairs- quiet fulltime working professional couple, share the downstairs laundry spaces. A lot of independence in this space so it requires a responsible nature and willingness to do your own dishes and participate in common space cleaning. We enjoy this neighborhood a lot for its quiet, closeness to downtown and grocery but also for its proximity to bike lanes, the Goose, the Gorge and grocery as well as how quiet and safe it is.
